As a first-time home seller who was selling a home I didn't live in while also located 300 miles away, I was anticipating a very stressful situation. But Sandy told me she was a "full service Realtor" and, boy, did she undersell herself! She took care of everything from picking out new floor tile for the kitchen to coordinating the contractor for some small fix-ups to all the usual Realtor stuff. My responsibilities in the process were practically nil. I cannot recommend Sandy enough. She made selling my home as easy as it could possibly be AND got me more money on the sale than I expected.
