Sandra is undoubtedly the best realtor ever.  Sandra is professional, knowledgeable, honest and direct.  She actually cares about and takes a personal interest in her clients.   Sandra met with us at our listing appointment with a leather binder setting forth her marketing plan and with instruction and direction on what was needed to sell our home timely, and ultimately at full price.  Sandra did require us to do many things we did not expect to have to do in order to sell our home.  We did what she asked us to do and because we did, our home sold in 4 days at full price!   She explained and educated us on what to expect throughout the entire process.  Realistic expectations instead of telling us what we wanted to hear just to get a listing!   She was available at all hours of the day and night.   She returned our calls and texts and emails timely.   She educated us along the way as the process began.  She worked with the title company and the lender and kept the entire sale on point at every turn.  She is a Realtor who clearly works with other Realtors to keep the sale going forward for both the buyer and seller and did not get in the way.   Sandra's professionalism, honesty, directness, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond is apparently rare.  I know friends who have not had such a great experience in real estate.  I highly recommend  Sandra to any and everyone looking to buy or sell property!
