Sandra is an exceptional realtor who goes the extra distance to ensure her customer’s wishes are fulfilled and ensures they are getting the best home for their needs and at a fair price. She looked out for us numerous times in our preparations and negotiating. She helped us with important after-sale home service contacts, which we were especially grateful for as newcomers to the area. Once we found our house online, Sandra did a FaceTime showing for us. She provided good advice on the offer price and worded the contract so that we had a couple of weeks to visit in person. Sandra was available by phone and email while we worked through signing all the documents online. Once closed, Sandra kept an eye on the house for us until we were able to move in. I’m sure she’ll help us with any questions we have about Grand Junction going forward.

We began working with Sandra in August of 2021. Sandra took us tours of many neighborhoods in Grand Junction until we found just the right neighborhood for us. The home she found checked all the right boxes - a view of the Colorado National Monument, across the street from a highly rated golf course, close to biking and hiking trails, close to downtown for the art scene and great restaurants and not far from the Palisades farmers markets. She listened and found a home that we can lock and leave with ease for the times we travel back to Arizona. Sandra negotiated our contract during a time when multiple offers on every property made it difficult to actually by a home of your dreams. With Sandra's guidance, we closed on the perfect home in March, 2022. We have almost finished making this little house our home and love the Grand Junction lifestyle!
