Sandra got us everything we asked for and has been by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She was very thorough in giving us an overview of the local area and was always available to address our concern.

Her knowledge and professionalism well beyond my expectations. Across the ocean sale process was my experience. Sandra's ability to make you feel very comfortable on the other end of the phone and to close the deal at the same level of comfortability was amazing. My husband and I are first time home buyers with ZERO experience. We closed on a home in El Cajon this week thanks to Sandra!! We're military and used the VA. Sandra was knowledgeable in the inspection process; every house we looked at she immediately pointed out things that could prevent us from using the VA. She was very quick and detailed in the paperwork, and walked us through every step of the way. She worked late in the afternoon and on the weekends to accommodate our working hours (sorry Sandra!!!). She worked real well with our broker, and the two of them together were a perfect team! On top of it all, we didn't pay a DIME!!! except for the earnest deposit which we will get back 100%. She got us the best deal on this house and also convinced the seller to fix a whole list of repairs :) Sandra was recommended to me by my Chief, and she had helped 5 of us in my department find our homes :). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! especially if you're military!!!!

I'd like to clarify my prior review. It was the crazy hot buying market that me feel rushed viewing properties, not Sandra. Properties were literally flying off the shelves with multiple offers on first day of listings. But Sandra went way out of her way on several occasions to show us properties, even if we asked to see something at the last minute. She is a true professional and works incredibly hard for her clients in both selling and buying ends!

Sandra is high energy, communicates well, has great contacts for lending, title & escrow, employs good marketing and is patient in trying circumstances! I just wish we wouldn't have been so rushed at viewings looking at properties to buy. Thank you Sandra!
