Strong negotiator and knows her stuff!
Sandra was an absolute gem to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the area we purchased in and was very communicative throughout the purchasing process. She helped us find our dream home in a tight market, significantly reduced the price of the home with her negotiation skills, and consulted us through each step. When you work with Sandra you'll get someone who listens to your needs and will help you every step of the way.
