When we contracted Sandra as our agent to sell our home, we had no idea we were also getting a trusted and valued friend. Sandra took so much time in taking pictures of our house, had wonderful suggestions on staging and minor repairs that added to the value without spending a lot of money. Along the way in the process Sandra kept our best interests in the forefront, and saved us money by getting us to contact vendors other than ones we had used previously when we needed to make some repairs.
