Working with Sandy was a very pleasant experience. She came prepared to pre-sale meetings with comparable, and had a complete understanding the market. We had a quick offer that we knew had a 50/50 chance of closing, and put a short window on the contract. After two weeks, we realized this wasn't going to happen and put the property back on the market. Soon after, we had another contract, which was a much better looking contract. This was at a time when the market was turning, due to a rise in interest rates and horrible inflation. We hit some bumps getting through the appraisal process, but got the deal to close.
