I listed a small, 3 acres, lot with Sandra. Even though the asking price would only result in a comparatively small commission, Sandra worked it like high dollar piece of property. She made the 90 minute round trip out to the property multiple times to show it and in the end, brought in an cash offer that was more than the asking price.
