Tim and Sandy were referred to us by my Colleague. We had moved out of Colorado in 2010 and ever since rented the house. We decided to sell the house in February 2017 but had number of challenges, being a remote seller. After going through some stressful situations, we called Tim. Tim answered all our questions, had solid knowledge in real estate. Tim was very responsive throughout the process, guiding us every step of the way. He didn't just provide data to have us make our own decisions, instead gave us valuable advise which helped us in making right decision at the right time. His experience and expertise were in full display during the entire process. He was extremely professional and genuinely friendly. Sandy took care of alarming number of paper works promptly. Tim found contractors to help us with inspection items, also arranged for taking care of our Lawn until the house was sold.
