I was looking to buy my first home and it turns out that it's a very difficult and scary thing. Sandy helped me through all the problems and processes. She was available to answer any questions and concerns I had at any time. She worked with me and my schedule to go to the showings and gave me pointers on what to look for. She was very attentive to my needs and questions in a very timely fashion. She went the extra mile to get to know me in order to find the best house for me. She was informative and a great joy to work with both in buying a home and then selling a home. I enjoyed working with her so much that I later called her to work with her again as my selling agent. I will be recommending Sandee to anyone that I know that is looking for a new home! I had a great experience with Sandee. She was honest with me as to whether or not a house was a good fit for me, as opposed to trying to sell me a home for the sake of selling me a home, like some people do. When we finally found the right home, we ran into some difficulties in the attainment process. Sandee advocated strongly for me as the buyer of the home and ended up helping me land the deal and resolve the issue that was impeding me from attaining the home! She was incredibly personable and felt easy to talk to. She, also, was rather prompt with responses to questions and inquiries regarding potential homes and open houses. Overall, I would rate Sandee's real-estate service a 10/10!
