Tim and Sandy were excellent to work with. They are honest and were totally transparent about what they were doing and why. They never made a move without contacting us first and often called just to update the progress of the sale. Though there were some challenges, both Sandy and Tim were calm, reassuring and forthright. We were grateful for their assistance and guidance through this process.
We had some pretty specific "needs" that were hard to find in a very tight market. Sandy showed us MANY homes and finally found the perfect one before it went on the market. We hit a few snags during the buying process (i.e., square footage was less than advertised, appraisal came in about $30,000 less than the agreed price) and she handled them all beautifully. She really had our best interests at heart and got us a very good deal.

Tim Jones is categorically the nicest guy on the planet. Knowing this about him BEFORE I worked with him on my first home buying experience, I couldn't have put my trust in anyone better. From our first meeting we knew Sandy was more professional than any previous realtor we had worked with. She discussed what we needed to do staging our home prior to listing to ensure potential buyers would be able to not only see the beauty of our home but also be able to visualize their furniture in their new home. We agreed and de-personalized our home as Sandy suggested. Sandy shared the market where we lived was a good market and we could most likely expect an offer within a week or so. The day our home was listed and went on the market we had four realtors schedule appointments that morning and within "2 hours" we had four contracts on the home from pre-qualified buyers and every offer was at listing price or higher. It doesn't get better than that. A short while later we referred Sandy to our friends who were preparing to list their home. They met with her and followed her staging suggestions for preparing their home for listing. Within two days of listing their home they had five showings with four contracts, again with offers exceeding the listing price.
Sandy helped us sell our house in the Spring of 2015. She priced our house aggressively, but had a plan if the price didn't attract buyers. We had two offers in less than a week and moved forward with the best offer. We had a surprise roof repair but Sandy had a contractor who worked well with our insurance group to get the roof replaced on time and under budget. Sandy works with her husband and together they are a great team.
