We worked with Sandra for over a year, first trying to find the right piece of property to build a home, and then trying to find the right existing home. During this entire time, Sandra was wonderful. When there was a piece of land for sale and we needed further specs, Sandra contacted the builder to get those for us. And then when we found an existing home we did like, she very quickly got us a viewing, then helped submit the contract. When it came time to sell our house, again, she was most helpful in getting us what we thought was an excellent deal. All the while, answering the many questions we had regarding the whole process. As mentioned, we felt Sandra went above and beyond what might be expected and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a new home. A wonderful experience all around.

Sandra was very knowledgeable of the market updates. Whenever we had a question about anything, she was able to answer the question with the details to support her answer. There was always communication sent to us in the mail via a Newsletter. The Newsletter outlined current real estate information and suggestions . Sandra was always very punctual for meetings , appointments and showings. She engaged with us in a very professional manner. We appreciate her business.

I could not have had a better experience. She kept looking till she found the perfect condo and walked me through the process of purchasing it. After that both Sandra and Lamar helped me in every way possible to get my house ready to list, which was an overwhelming project without them by my side. Once the house was listed, we had an offer at full price without the buyer even seeing the property except online, since she was coming from out of state. We accepted the offer and had a contract signed within 3 days.
