To find a house that is right for you in todays market you have to be quick and decisive. You have to be first to the door and first to offer or it will be gone. Sandra Harvey really helped with the being quick part of buying a house. She was available anytime we called to show us a house that might be a possibility. When a new listing came on the market we were there that day to see it. Most agents I have dealt with in the past just wanted me to buy a house, any house, so they could make a sale. Sandra was different in that she wanted me to make a good buy. She walked every house we went to see pointing out the good as well as the bad. Things that might need repair or maintenance. Like a water spot on the ceiling or cracks in the drywall. We also talked about the age of the water heater and HVAC system. This was a big help in getting a house that was right for me. Just to be clear, Sandra points out that she is not a contractor or inspector. Her opinion is just an opinion from a person who has looked at a lot of houses for many years. She would be the first to say get an inspection and actual cost estimates from a contractor for anything needing work. We did find the right house and got it at a great price. Thanks Sandra
Sandra made selling my house an easier process than I had anticipated. I had already moved out of state when my house was up for sale so to me she went above and beyond to help make sure everything was in order. She would go check on the house for me and meet anyone people that were making repairs.
