We did the best we could to get the house ready in two weeks to put on the market during the holidays. Sandra provided many resources from cleaning services to attorneys to junk removal and they were all on point. She had to become my eyes and ears there to make sure things were getting done and on a timely manner. Having to communicate from pricing to offers to contracts from afar wasn't easy, especially with a new challenging job, but Sandra was great at explaining things and give her opinion on what to expect and how to react. She made sure the house was in tip top condition at close and did many things far above and beyond what is customary for a typical realtor.
