Sandra helped the reviewer sell this property

Great Agent - Highly Recommend

Sandra was a great agent to work with. She had great knowledge of the tri-valley market area and had great insights into the process. She went above and beyond to make the deal happen. She arranged all inspections and documentation, and was helpful in recommending repairs that were needed or not needed. She even watered our plants on a regular basis to make sure they looked great for prospective buyers! Another perk of working with Sandra was the free staging, which she includes at no cost to the seller. This definitely added value to the process. "Five stars - Would work with Sandra again and highly recommend her to our friends."
