Helped with everything and closed smoothly
This was a rental property that we were doing a section1031. Sandra helped with everything from helping getting the tenant out, to major clean up and remodeling. I believe we would not have been able to close so smoothly and within a budget without Sandra’s experience, professionalism, contacts and help. She did everything and relieved me of every detail needed to close this property! I can’t even enumerate everything she did. I tend to be a skeptical person but I would trust and use Sandra in a heartbeat for any real estate transactions. Very very professional.
