The short version: Sandy is stunningly effective, friendly, and self-motivated. Ms. Dole was absolutely excellent to work with and I can't think of any way she could have been better. She helped us sell a home which honestly needed a little bit of work before it went on the market. On top of that, our moving truck crashed into a wall a few days after listing the house. Sandy rolled with the punches, offered multiple contractors to help us get the repairs done fast, and was showing the house within a day or two of the completion of repairs. We had an offer within 48 hours. Throughout the whole process, she was incredibly helpful. I found her to be the sort of person I could rely on to handle details and keep me on task. It was such a relief to work with someone who was so competent and could be trusted to handle the details. For example, she quickly arranged for people to power wash the exterior of my home, thoroughly clean the interior, and setup staging with minimal effort required of me (which was fantastic as I was moving and starting a new job). The entire process felt nearly effortless for me which was a huge relief. She was a real pleasure to work with and was pleasant in every interaction. I wholeheartedly recommend her without reservation.
