We had such a wonderful experience working with Sandra Daniels and truly cannot recommend her enough

We had such a wonderful experience working with Sandra Daniels and truly cannot recommend her enough! Her knowledge of the East Cobb area was invaluable throughout our home buying experience. She knows the neighborhoods, the market, and all of the little details that are so important when relocating to a new area. What really set Sandra apart, though, was the level of care and attention she gave us well beyond simply helping us purchase our home. Because we were moving from out of state, there were so many logistical details to coordinate, and Sandra went above and beyond to make the process easier. She was always willing to let contractors into the house, meet people on our behalf, check on things for us, and help with anything we needed when we couldn’t physically be there. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made a potentially stressful out-of-state move feel so much more manageable. She has also been an incredible resource for everything home-related. Need a wallpaper installer? She has someone. Hardwood contractor? Electrician? Painter? Pretty much anything we asked about, Sandra had multiple recommendations and was happy to connect us. Sandra truly feels like someone who continues to be a resource long after closing. Her knowledge of East Cobb, responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to go the extra mile made such a difference for our family. We are so grateful we had her helping us through this move and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying or selling in the East Cobb area!
