I would have to say that Sandra was very courteous and responsive and immediately answered questions and concerns timely and walked us thru the process with knowledge and expertise and if ever in the market again to buy or sell a home would definitely use Sandra.

Sandy was fantastic to work with and had great knowledge of the local area. She is quick to return all calls and emails, no matter how many you send! She helped us find the perfect home and I would recommend her to all of my friends and family!

My wife and I were very overwhelmed when we started buying a new home. We needed to find a larger home for our growing family, so not only did we need to find a new home that fit our needs, we also needed to sell our current home. We went and got pre-approved, however, we didn't know how to go about selecting an agent. We asked our loan officer for recommendations, and Sandy was on his list. We called her cell (which she picked up almost immediately), and was able to meet with us around our schedule the next day (I usually work until 6pm, and she was able to come all the way to our house to meet with us). I was very overwhelmed with what we needed to do, but Sandy gave us very clear advise and let us make the decisions that worked best for us (at no time in our time with Sandy did I feel pressure to do anything we didn't want to do). Through the entire process, Sandy was there for us when we needed her. The market is hot right now, and Sandy understood that. She made sure we got to see houses we wanted to see in time so we didn't miss out! My in-laws went with a different agent, and missed out on houses because the agent was too busy (they have since switched to Sandy and are very satisfied). On top of all this, Sandy gave us the guidance to receive multiple offers on our current home on THE FIRST DAY OF SHOWING! We were happy to have Sandy in our lives for the last couple of months, and closing was a little bitter sweet (because our business relationship came to a close), but rest assured, if we ever need to buy/sell a home, or are asked for a recommendation, Sandy will be the first and only name on our list.
