Not only did she set an all time record price in Burbank for the highest price under 1000 sqaure feet but she was instrumental in helping to prepare the house for sale. My father had lived there for 30 years, so we had many options to pursue. I did not stage the house but Sandra brought over some plants and accessories to add finishing touches. The website and video tour she created was fantastic and included pictures taken from a drone. The outcome: We received five offers and Sandra presented them on a spreadsheet which definitely made this easier to compare terms in each of the five offers. We all think it's just price but that couldn't be further than the truth! I should also note that Media West Realty has an ethics officer whose job is to make sure everything is in order during this whole process. In the end, we accepted a cash offer that at the time, broke the per square foot price record in Burbank. Everything went smoothly and we would definitely "go to" her again for her expertise.

And I don't think having the luxury of her taking on all the headaches of selling a home costed me too much because she was instrumental in securing a generous offer and keeping my expenses low. Most importantly, the deal closed on the first try and on time.

She is everything you would want in a real estate agent -- professional, knowledgeable, dedicated, hard-working, attentive, responsive, and a good listener (very important!).
