They gave me wonderful suggestions about staging the house for its best viewing, and they provided staging items to assist. They provided the name of a wonderful handyman to come and fix a few things. They hired Coldwell Banker's top-notch professional photographers to take photos for the home's online presence and for the brochure and postcard. Both women provided all the information I needed to understand the selling process, and they did it in such a calm, concise, and honest way. Sandy was instantly there for me when I had a question or concern. I truly appreciated the professionalism, honesty, knowledge, and integrity that Sandy and her daughter Ellie shared with me.
