She has very good local real estate market knowledge in Port St Lucie and Vero Beach markets. Both of my properties were tax deeds. We had to obtain Quiet Title from the court. That required Sandy to explain to buyers that the lengthy legal process was required to obtain Title Insurance and Warranty Deeds. She convinced the buyers that it was in their interest to wait for Quiet Title
