Needless to say she was able to keep both sellers happy

Needless to say she was able to keep both sellers happy. She got us a fair price on the house and went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible, even with our abnormal situation. She was very patient with me as this was my first time selling a house and walked me through the process the entire way.
