We first met Sandra in 2022 because she was the sellers agent on a house we bought. Even though she was the sellers agent, she was consistently honest, patient and always held the upmost integrity despite representing both parties in the transaction (I find this to be a very rare trait in agents these days). We were so impressed by her professionalism and character, we opted to use her as our agent in the recent purchase of another home. We knew we could go directly to a sellers agent BUT we chose to use her due to our experience with her before. Once again, she was extremely patient throughout the process, efficient and responsive. She brought an immense amount of knowledge and experience to the table, and just about every agent we dealt with knew her for those reasons!
