My home sold and I met all three of my goals: short sales cycle, sale at the asking price, and minimal drama during the process. I attribute this triple success to my realtor, Sandra Carey. Fortunately for me, Sandra was also a neighbor, so for several years prior to my sale, I watched how she effectively assisted other people buy and sell homes.
