She handled all of the coordination of contractors and servicing required to upgrade the house to show presentation expertly, covering the costs personally until reimbursement by me after the sale. I highly recommend her as an agent because she will treat you like a friend, and make sure you are perfectly aware of what is going on and genuinely be concerned about how you feel about it. She always tries her best.
