Sandra provided knowledgeable service that was grounded in reality. Her information was data driven with the awareness of where my place stood relative to community and the area as a whole. She would occasionally present me with a question of which way I would like to go on an issue--as it was my property and she wanted to list the way I wanted. Sometimes I would just request she use her own judgement on the issue. I have no regrets! Other time I would present an idea to her and she would present the flaw in the notion. I hired her for her expertise and she delivered! She went above and beyond in performance with punctual and timely responses. This is her full-time gig as far as I am aware so she does not have any noticeable distractions outside of Real Estate and she works hard. Knowledgable with integrity, honesty and personable to boot!

She kept me updated on the process every step of the way, when feeling overwhelm with understanding the real estate jargon she explained everything where it was easy for me to understand.
