Sandra is a professional with a uncanny ability to relate to her clients and assess the needs of their situation. Sandra works HARD and always makes herself available to her clients, especially during the most stressful moments of the transaction. But most importantly, Sandra truly CARES about her clients and goes above and beyond the call to make certain all things with regard to the purchase/sale are done as the client wishes them to be. During the holidays, she helped me to sell my home and purchase a home that hit every one of my needs, all during a time crunch that would have been intimidating to any professional realtor. 3 days before Christmas, we were in a new home and able to enjoy the holidays. Sandy was everything you could ask for in an agent. She was a calming presence in our chaotic home purchase. She was always very professional and personable. She is such a positive person and so friendly that you can't help but like her :) Our friends recommended we call her when we wanted to look for a new home and we are so glad they did. This particular purchase was extra stressful and taxing but Sandy was always optimistic and did her best to keep our heads up. She found us a perfect home and also found us perfect tenants for our old home. We felt well taken care of, she explained everything very thoroughly and always kept us in the loop with emails and texts. I can't say enough good things about her, I will be recommending her to anyone I know who will listen! She was great!
