I hired Sandra Alonso to sell my elderly mother’s house in Miami. Sandra met with me on several occasion months before the target listing date. Sandra provided us with a detailed road map, including advice on how to prep and stage the house for sale. She did such an excellent job helping us get the house ready to be listed that once listed the house sold in 3 days for full asking price with no contingencies nor stipulations. But what I Loved most about Sandra was the care and concern she showed my mother during this process. Sandra would show the house by appointment only and would be present for every showing to assured my mom was always safe. She would listen to my mother with care and concern.
