If I buy in Texas this is the only real estate agent I would go with. Sandon was quick on all fronts and made it very clear that he was there to serve me more than make money. House-buying in this area is extraordinarily competitive but Sandon made it stress free in finding us a home in the location we were looking for, putting us in touch with a mortgage company, communicating with that mortgage company, and finding us insurance on the home as well as car insurance since we moved in from another state. All in all Sandon made the whole experience stress free!

Sandon absolutely knows his stuff and he got us a great offer. He brings so much to the table when you first meet. We discussed selling the house WITH and WITHOUT updates. He really knows what is important to home buyers and we went through every room and he gave us great ideas. He is very knowledgeable about which updates get you the most return. He has experience as a home builder and pointed out some errors our remodel crew made and we got them fixed before we paid. We even had a drawer that had broken and could not be easily replaced without looking different from the others. He showed up the next day and handed us a newly build drawer that exactly matched ours! Truly a top performer!
