We were new to this area and did not have a local realtor to work with. We were able to find Sandi thru the local listing and reached out to her to see if she could help us out since we were out of town. We were going to need expert knowledge of the community and market. Sandi offered her support right away working with us long distance from Hawaii. We immediately discovered that she had a wealth of knowledge in the local area and the market and long-distance communication was great. We started discussing what we were looking for in what is going to be our retirement home. We started sharing property we were finding, and she was providing feedback as well as sending us other property to review. We wanted to get a good idea of what areas to focus on before we flew into town to actually look at these houses. When we arrived in town she had dedicated the majority of her time to ensuring that we could see all the houses we wanted while offering information on any other houses that might be of interest.
