It is difficult to sell a house after a relative dies and particularly when you live thousands of miles away. You have to be able to trust your realtor and believe she has your best interests at heart. We felt that way right from the beginning. The house itself was a unique green-energy house and not very traditional. Sandi understood this as she searched for the right market. Having a pandemic also posed other challenges, but Sandi was always responsive to our endless questions and always available. She also had an extensive network of specialists to assist us in preparing the house for sale. For example, she even found some folks in a quilters’ guild to find homes for three large spinning wheels that we just couldn’t bear to throw away.
