It's been a long process working with Sandi Denny to get my house sold. I started working with her a year prior to when I actually listed my house. While it took me a long time to get ready Sandi took the time to patiently wait for me. When i was finally ready she helped me find contractors to get my house ready for the sale. Her patience and support during the per-sale process lead to a contract the first day it was listed. While the sale went fast there was some hick-ups during the closing processes on the seller side. She kept me informed of all things moving forward and guided me to using a local title company instead of the buyers out of area title company. This saved me several hundred dollars off closing and helped identify a lot of extra documents I didn't need to sign.
