Sight unseen purchase

We selected a house on line from out of state, contacted Sandi to make an offer, as she had just helped my son buy a house and we trusted her. She got the offer accepted, after checking the house out and being very honest about it condition. Working our way through closing went fine, all handled thru DocuSign. We finally met Sandi two months later, with the keys, as she arranged a rent back, until sellers new house was ready and we got ready to move in.
