Market Knowledge: Excellent - Sandi helped me research other units in my complex to compare how much each was selling for and to compare the amenities. Negotiation: Excellent - closing was within 21 days ! Both of our expectations were exceeded. Professionalism: Excellent - even when Sandi didn’t agree with my suggestions she was willing to give it a try and saved $500 at the closing due to my bonkers request.
