Following the deaths of my parents i needed to sell their house and Sandi was very helpful and took care of everything. Thanks Sandi! The title company was fairly inept but Sandi acted as intermediary so the headache was not my problem. The buyers were using a VA loan so there were additional hoops to jump through but Sandi jumped through them for me. She was great!
