I was looking to purchase a home in Paradise. I found the prefect fit for my needs. Sandi Bauman was the selling agent for this property. It was unique in that it was owned by Fannie Ma. Sandi was very experience in working with the owner. She was very professional in the negotiations. Since this was a manufactured home we had a home inspection. The inspection turned up several defects. Sandi contacted the manufacture of the home to arrange for the repairs. She also suggested other inspections to make sure the home was in good condition. She was very diligent in following up on the repairs. Sandi was very easy to work with and she was very concerned that I was kept informed on all the purchase processes. Sandi was very personable and a pleasure to work with. I will have her list my lot for sale and when I move out of my house in Chico she will be the listing agent. I signed up for Sandi's, online, new homes on the market notifications. It was extremely helpful in educating me on the Chico home market. She knows the market extremely well and advised me when it was time to seriously start looking at homes. She was always on time and the first day we looked at 6 homes. She carefully analyzed each home and gave me a critical evaluation of each one. I put a bid on the 2nd home we saw, we did not have the highest bid, but were sucessful.
