Sandi Bauman is like your new best friend and personal assistant. In a real estate deal (which is always a BIG deal), there are deadlines and lot’s of new language. It can be an overwhelming experience but Sandi is on it and makes sure you are reminded of your tasks and finish in a timely manner. Sandi is a very hard worker and it seemed like she put’s our deal on the very top of her priority list. Her response time to our many emails or texts was immediate. We chose her because of her 20+ years of experience and that is a must for us! With that experience she has a good sense of market value and was able to guide us with an offer and then negotiate when we had a little surprise come up. Above all she is a highly respected professional. She knows the rules and follows them. That gave us such trust in her and knew she was always looking out in our best interest. Buying a home is never an easy process and it can be incredibly stressful and discouraging when you’re not finding what you want, and during a time when properties are being delisted more than any other time in the history of the housing market. Sandi was a godsend! Steadfast, aware of our needs, likes/dislikes, and always amenable to us changing locations where we were looking even if it meant driving hours outside of her usual territory. We went through one escrow which fell out, another which required a lot of due diligence and ultimately didn’t work out, and then our final resting place which lasted more than 2 months with a ton of back and forth with the sellers.
