Sanda was known to me because we both live in the same community and I had watched her work open houses and work with her clients. This was a difficult property to sell as it is a one of a kind site built home in a mobile home community. It took the right person. She worked very hard to get this sale completed! She had to work during her vacation and did not complain to me!
The buyer was so rude to two of our lawyers and would not close for us. So she had to find a lawyer to handle our closing.
