Let me start off by taking the time to thank Sam for his hard work and dedication. You will not find a more honest and caring person to help you with your home buying journey, that much I can say for certain. Sam was there every step of the way answering all questions, being available, and stayed on top of everything even when other members of the purchase stopped caring. This is how home buying experiences should be with your best interests in mind and no underhand/pushy sales tactics. On top of everything else Sam went truly above and beyond to help with my moving situation despite me being sent out to Colorado at the last minute. First and foremost I knew absolutely nothing about being a first time home buyer. I was nervous and excited throughout the whole experience. Each time we felt nervous Sam was there to reassure us that all was well. Even when we doubted ourselves, once we made offers we wondered if we made the right one. The list goes on with doubts we had. Is this the right home for us? Is this the right price? Is this a good interest rate? With every doubt Sam was there with answers. I’m telling you one thing that we cannot express enough is that Sam NEVER pressured us into any offers or decisions. He explained it all to us with 100% honesty and let us have the last say in any decision that needed to be made. We could not thank him enough because I know how pushy realtors can be and purchasing a home is a huge commitment. We wanted nothing more than a smooth process from start to finish and that is exactly what we got with Sam. *Great communication skills *Always made himself available to show us any homes we had interest in *Always responded back right away *He would be more than willing to meet up with us to go over any questions regarding documents. (This was a big one for us, we wanted to know exactly what we were signing for and he made it all clear) We thank you again Sam for our house. This man is by far the expert in all things Chula Vista. You know how you feel kinda meh with the places? like there's nothing really special about it cause all the other places are just as good? well, this guy's knowledge of the area made it the deal breaker! he knew the are so well that all the amenities offered around made this the perfect home. I honestly couldn't have gotten more information from anyone else! He didn't just look at the dimensions of the house and the basics of what I was looking at within the walls of our place; he found the neighborhood and the atmosphere we wanted! I am very impressed with how he didn't sell me a house; he sold me a life.
