Samuel experience in real estate was extensive and guided us throughout. His manager was always pleasant and always there for any small question we had no matter what it was. We were moving out of state and he was willing to stand in for us at closing. I recommend using Samuel if you are knowledgeable in selling or buying a home.

Sam was awesome through our entire house buying experience. Sam was always available to answer questions and was always accommodating. We would recommend for anyone!

Sam was an excellent communicator. The experience was swift, and smooth. The service we received was superb, all questions were answered with great clarity and knowledge of his craft. We were honored to have him as our realtor.

This was a great Experience very smooth and fast

Samuel was very communicative thru the process no matter the time of day and understood client needs, always made room to answer questions, and taught us a bit of everything. Has good positive attitude, and was very proactive in helping us find a new home.

I am so happy that I found Samuel Swanson. He listened to my needs and what I was looking for. He worked with me and always listened to my concerns or what I liked. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a house. He truly cares about helping you get the best deal.

Sam was mind patient and dedicated to helping me find what I wanted and where I wanted he was diligent in reaching out and keeping me updated with new available properties

Perhaps the most important thing to relate about my family's experience with Samuel Swanson as my realtor is the time and attention we received under his care. Our circumstances seemed dire as I am an elder with responsibility of minor children and limited resources and little time. As desperate as things appeared in my eyes, Sam demonstrated patience and faith. I had no choice but to manage my anxiety and trust him to steer us in the right direction. In the weeks that followed, I became tragically ill but by the Grace of God, we were settled in our home. I am eternally grateful. I recommend him with great confidence.

Sam far exceeded my real estate expectations going into this sometimes stressful process shopping for a property. He's by far and easily the best agent I've worked with having bought or sold numerous properties. And it's not even close. He handled everything, had or found answers for ceverything. Can't say enough. Thank you Sam!

Sam is an awesome agent!

So Sam is by far the best real estate agent we have ever had. I will recommend Sam in the future and would use him to sell our house and buy another. The one quality that I would say that stands out the most with Sam is honesty. I cannot tell you how rare that it is find in an agent and that alone set him above the rest

Sam was absolutely AMAZING!!!! He was very knowledgeable. He kept me well informed and in the know. He made my Dream a Reality!!!! I 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!
