This is the first time I had purchased property. He explained the entire process, from submitting the offer, signing the purchase contract, all of the closing costs, title insurance, and the closing process. As the seller lived out of town, he kept me informed as to when paperwork was sent out and returned.

Although we had issues with the mortgage company, Sam did everything he could to clarify our concerns with them and interpret what lack of communication we got from them. He went above and beyond for us. We were in a tight bind and needed to get into a house quicker than the average buyer and he made that happen for us.

Sam was extremely professional and quick to help us find our perfect home. We changed our mind several times on what we actually wanted but he was flexible and adjusted our search. He spent a large amount of time going over facts about home-buying and renting in the current market and answered our questions. He took time on the weekend away from his family to show us properties and was very enjoyable to work with! Highly recommend.
