Working with Sam was a good experience and we came up with a good strategy to sell the house at the best price. He kept us informed of the situation with the property, which was very helpful since we have moved out of state. Sam was also there for us to help address all the issue that need to be taken care of with the properties prior to the sale. When it came to the closing, Sam has the patient's of a saint, it took buyer's finance company 3 times to get it right and Sam was there for each of the attempts. I would highly recommend Sam for selling or buying if you are in the market to do so, you won't be disappointed.
