I have not worked with any other agents before Sam so I can’t compare but only tell my experience. Sam did whatever we asked of him. He is not an agent that tries to push you in a direction just to get a sale. He lets you go at the speed you want. If you want Sam to show you houses, he can do that or if you prefer to look for your own house and have him show you then he can do that as well. Sam has a very good understanding on homes and what to look for when purchasing a home. He tells you things in the house that might need immediate fixes from electrical to plumbing etc. Not only does he know a lot of about homes regarding structure, damage etc., he understands the market and getting you the best home at the best price from offer, to interest rate. Sam has a financial background which I believe sets him apart from other agents I have talked to. Before getting a loan, he will tell you what you will likely be approved for before you go get a loan which is really helpful when looking for homes. He can tell you just about everything from start to finish. Rather than use a random lender he looked for the best interest rates, fees, etc. and led us I the right direction. He went over all the numbers with us for every loan you can think of prior to getting approved. It was really helpful because it gave us a good understanding and what questions to ask as well. I would refer Sam to anyone I know because of how easy and knowledgable he is to work with. All in all if you are looking for someone to get you into the home of your dreams without having to feel pressured, he is the person you should be calling.

Samuel's knowledge and experience with the housing market is top notch. He was able to provide listings that matched my very particular criteria, but also accommodate my budget. His experience when it came to viewing homes made the process easier especially when it came to checking on details that a first time buyer might overlook. Overall Sam's knowledge of the market and concern for his buyer made an exciting but overwhelming experience, simple and easy.
