Sam is a 10/10 - very quick and easy to communicate with via text/email/phone anytime you need him. He did a great job keeping the entire process organized, understanding our needs rapidly, and he was always willing to negotiate to get us an awesome deal on every part of the process. He has a great network of contractors as well, and he's up-to-date on the current state of the housing market so he's really a one stop shop for everything you'd need buying or selling a house. Highly recommended.
