Samuel Bo Barber is very professional. I felt he showed me what I asked for , in my approved price range . He even made sure of things like checking Circuit breakers.and ac units .To make sure i wasn't walking into a mess. HE was very knowledgeable to answer all my questions. Right them . He knows realtor knowledge very well . He is very professional and just all around awesome. I'm so grateful I purchased my first home though him .and i will recommend everyone to him and use him again for house #2 . He went over and beyond to keep from stressing when I didn't understand certain things. He would explain to process. And the first day we went to look. I was in contact the next day.
