Sam came highly recommended by my friend and I'm so grateful for the referral. When I initially contacted Sam via phone in Mid December 2020 I wasn't sure how the process of buying a house went let alone where to start. However, from the initial phone conversation I instantly knew Sam was heaven sent and I was in good hands. He explained the process and immediately got me in contact with a Loan Officer. The one thing I loved and noticed about Sam was he had no business hours. I contacted him late on a Saturday evening and despite not knowing me, my credit history or whether we would proceed he answered every question I had so as much as I valued his time he valued mines. By day 2 of taking to Sam I felt like I was calling my little brother. Sam is extremely personable but yet still professional. I was pre approved for loan and ready to house shop. By day 3 Sam knew exactly what I was looking for and had 3 showings lines up. Though Sam is a Realtor he is definitely a Jack of all trades from the first showing I noticed qualities of an inspector, realtor and most importantly I noticed he never suggested anything that wasn't pleasing to his eyes. He quickly pointed out pros and cons and gave his honest opinions on everything from properties to, asking prices, to offers, ect. He isn't about money as must people are. He was never quick to close a deal just for a pay out. Sam was patient but persistent. We found my home quite fast despite me putting in 2 previous offers at different properties. I was in contract within 17 days. If you're looking for a Realtor and you're reading this post, search no further. Sam is your guy......he's informative, knowledgeable, patient, prompt, aggressive, a go getter and he has a sense of humor just to name a few. What more can you ask for???? You can't so contact Sam to help you find your forever home, for now home, investment property, 2nd home, ect!!!!

Sam made the home buying experience an absolute great one. He was extremely patient and considerate of the minor details that mattered to us. Sam did not limit us in our options for some of the towns we were interested in and even offered to take us to other locations that he thought we would like. He was also very responsive and easy to get in touch with regarding any concerns or questions that we had. We learned so much during the process. Anyone who has Sam on their team can rest assure that they will have an amazing experience.
