Me and my husband had the pleasure of working with Sam when purchasing our home. After having a not so great experience with another set of realtors, we were pleasantly surprised by how seamless everything was. Sam was always on top of things when it came to new listings in our area and price range. He was always willing to meet us as soon as possible to view a home. He sent us a home on Saturday morning, for approval to view it that afternoon, met us there, submitted an offer and we had approval within the week. He made the process of buying our home so easy and enjoyable. I would recommend him to anyone!
