We were selling our house "by owner". One day, both Sam and Laurie rang my door and once they identified themselves as real estate agents I immediately told them to go away. Everybody and their brother are agents these days. I gave them a very limited time to give their sales pitch. Interestingly enough, it wasn't a sales pitch but facts and their delivery was very professional. That alone put them at the top of my list. They sold the house and Sam was very helpful in helping out. You can never go wrong with true professionals.
