Samone was very attentive from the start. She was there for me thru the whole process from the search for the property to closing day. Their funder was not always above board and she worked diligently on keeping lines of communication open in spite of difficulties due to COVID. I know from my past experience that she must have spent hours on hold with HUD as they are a very difficult company to make contact with a live body. She kept me informed when there was progress and when there wasn’t. But once she ascertained that we could move forward with the sale, showed me her market research as to property value. Which was much higher than I anticipated. I listed my home with her. It sold the first week on the market and for listing price. And if that wasn’t enough she assisted me in getting other move out details done such as getting the septic tank pumped as required. I don’t think you can expect all that from every sales agent. But she was diligent and determined to get the very best deal for me from the moment I told her “ I don’t think I can” and she said “ yes we will “ and proved it.
Samone was very efficient and kept me in great communication throughout the whole process. I am very pleased , she listened to my counter offer and presented it and sold my cabin in less then 48 hours.
